Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to make a few important announcements:

• Benchmark workout for the Sexy for Summer Paleo Challenge will be Thursday (If you can’t drop by Thursday, please message us to set up a time that works for you-it must be completed by Friday.)
• SIGN UP for your appointment on Saturday for your final weigh-in at the box. Please dress appropriately for the dunk tank, pictures and final measurements.
• PALEO POTLUCK PARTY on SATURDAY, MAY 4^th @ 7:30PM (ALL MEMBERS AND SIGNIFICANT OTHERS ARE INVITED!!!) 
• Sexy for Summer Paleo Challenge Winners will be announced at our PALEO POTLUCK PARTY!
