Throwback Thursday

Just in case you didn't catch CrossFit Sandbox on The TV last week, check out the link on the bottom to see us grab our 15 minutes (seconds really) or fame!

The spot was for the Counter Burger in El Segundo.  We didn't get to say much, I actually didn't say anything at all (I let my hands do all the talking).  It was still a lot fun and we got some free publicity out of it.

FYI there is a Counter Burger in Santa Monica on Ocean Park.  Field trip anyone?

CFSBX OPEN RESULTS

Dear Ladies and Gents,
I know I have been putting it for a bit, but I wanted to announce the top 3 finishers in our box for Intra Box Competition during The CrossFit Open.  Unfortunately it was impossible to determine a winner for the scaled divisions, everyone chose to scale the workouts (or not scale the workouts) differently.  I am proud of everyone that decided to participate, especially for choosing to push themselves a little harder and doing their best to complete the workouts RX.
For the RX divisions, the race was pretty tight for the top spots.  The energy we saw from the box during The Open was amazing, you guys definitely helped set the bar each week.

Challenge Starts Today!!! What did you eat?



Challenge starts today folks, not too late to sign up and join the team. This Paleo bar was a complete disappointment, should have bought some regular nuts and berries instead. Over the next 8 weeks, learn to appreciate the pleasure and ease of real whole foods. You might realize what you've been missing out on.
