CRUSH CANCER

Hey SandBoxers,

It's that time of year again, time to CRUSH CANCER. For those of you who don't know, every year local CrossFit boxes raise money for STAND UP TO CANCER in the hope to finding a cure for cancer. This year over 30 gyms are involved and we are super proud to be a part of it. 

We will be holding specific training sessions for those who want to prepare for this special wod taking place October 27 in Culver City. 

"CRUSH CANCER WORKOUT"

3 Rounds/1min each station:

"AMRAP"

Power Cleans (95/65)

Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

Burpees

Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)

Double Unders

What: Price includes:

1. Charter luxury coach so we can drink and not drive

2. Delicious catered paleo dinner from Stonefire Grill. Chicken, tri tip, etc.

3. Private upper section reserved at the beautiful Malibu Wines.

4. 3-4 glasses of wine per person.  You can purchase additional glasses at the winery if you would like.

Itinerary:

3:30pm meet at Sandbox

4pm bus departs

5pm arrive at Malibu Wine

6:30pm dinner arrives

9pm bus departs Malibu Wines

10pm arrive back at Sandbox and after party?!?!
