Back Squat
75% x 5, 85% x 3, 95% x 1+
Conditioning
Against a three-minute running clock, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of:
3 Burpees
6 Front Squats (135/95)
9 KBS (1.5/1)
Repeat for a total of five sets, resting 60 seconds between sets. Pick up each set where you left off when the last ended
